BRUDA Industrieservice GmbH was founded in 2021 by Bruno Alsdorf and Daniel Papendorf. Both company founders had already been working in their field for many years and could draw on extensive varied experience in the industry: Their projects led them to the food industry, the production of cosmetics and pharmaceuticals, refineries, breweries, and airports, among others.
From the experiences in various industries, they developed their basic belief: No customer should have to turn to other service providers to initiate planning, procurement, or connection of the plants. Therefore, from their area of expertise in welding technology and plant construction, they developed the entire service package with which plants and their piping can be accompanied from the planning phase to ongoing operation.
To this end, they have assembled a highly qualified and motivated team. Customer-oriented working methods, many years of industry knowledge and numerous certificates distinguish the employees.

Quality convinces. Qualifications provide proof.
From our point of view, quality always includes safety and environmental protection. Therefore, we not only pay attention to the qualification of our employees, for example with regard to the examination as a welder or orbital welder, but also to the regulations in the German Federal Water Act (Wasserhaushaltsgesetz, WHG) and the Pressure Equipment Directive.
German Federal Water Act
We are a specialist company that is permitted to install, erect, maintain, repair and clean systems in accordance with § 19 of the Federal Water Act. We handle substances hazardous to water with care and observe load limits and safety installations. We check the systems and pipelines for suitability and condition and ensure that the entry of substances hazardous to water can be ruled out. This is always part of our tasks in the context of maintenance, repair, and construction.
Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health
The German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (Betriebssicherheitsverordnung, BetrSichV) also applies to our work with regard to the installation, maintenance and monitoring of filling stations, steam boilers and pressure vessels, including all equipment. For the installation, we use components that are certified in respect to safety. Our team is trained in the Technical Regulations for Operational Safety (Technischen Regeln für Betriebssicherheit, TRBS), and will be happy to carry out the inspections prior to commissioning and within the legally prescribed intervals.
Industry standards
Because we take on all tasks along the value chain of your plants, numerous standards apply to our work. Our employees are certified welders according to DIN EN 287-1 with further qualification as orbital welders according to DIN 1418. As welding specialists, they are allowed to coordinate the planning, execution, and supervision of simple welded constructions in their field and act in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14731 “Welding coordination – tasks and responsibilities” and DIN 18800-7 “Steel structures – execution and constructor’s qualification”.

Active throughout the Rhineland
Our site in Bergheim is located in the midst of the Cologne economic area. Because our location provides excellent transport connections, our area of activity extends not only to Cologne and the Rhine-Erft district, but also to Bonn, Aachen, Koblenz, Mönchengladbach and Düsseldorf. We are also quickly on site on the right side of the Rhine River.
